Exposed grid ceilings

An exposed grid system in a ceiling provides the room with a simple and structured expression which accentuates the shape of the room. Used to define specific functional areas in a room, the ceiling can contribute to increasing user friendliness and be used as a visual backdrop to elegantly emphasise particular architectural details.

Ceilings for fully exposed grid systems have an A edge. The A edge is available in two versions:

A edge

A ceiling solution with an A edge tile is a cost effective solution as it provides easy access to the installations hidden by the ceiling. Tiles with an A edge are also the perfect complement to concealed and semiconcealed ceilings, e.g. when used as a perimeter trim. Tiles with an A edge can be mounted in grid systems with either 15mm or 24mm wide profiles. When tiles are mounted with the narrower 15mm profiles, the grid system becomes less dominant in the final ceiling expression. Tiles with an A edge can be demounted.
