Warsaw Spire is one of the most prestigious office and retail locations in the Polish capital. It was recently chosen as the new headquarters of the international consulting company JLL, which plans to consolidate all its Warsaw business lines in this location.

The company leases 8,000 sqm, where approx 700 employees work, providing strategic support for corporate clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The ultimate goal of the designers of the new office was to create a space tailored to different needs and work styles. JLL offers a Workplace Strategy service to occupiers, so the company carried out its own analysis of their requirements.

Tetris created the interior design, having previously designed the interior of the JLL office in London. The office in Warsaw Spire, however, is unique, inspired by Polish culture, art and native natural assets. "We moved elements characteristic of our country, using the appropriate finishing materials, such as wood or imitation of moss forest in the conference room. We were also inspired by Polish lace patterns" says Danuta Barańska, creative director of Tetris.
