Sustainably built for better wellbeing

Stefan Priemis of RoosRos Architecten is the project manager in this new construction of the special and sustainable headquarter housing that offers almost 400 employees a modern workplace with a pleasant indoor climate. The application of heat pumps, concrete core activation and solar panels has contributed to beautiful GPR scores that underline the sustainability focus of this building.

Busy office gardens with beautiful soundscapes

"Aesthetics and acoustics play a major role in the open office landscape with a lot of disturbances from calls and chitchats. Regarding the design, they opted for the sound-absorbing ceiling panels Rockfon® Krios®. Thanks to the extra narrow suspension profiles (15 mm) in a matte white color combined with a "sagging" panel that hangs slightly below the suspension system, a ceiling with a quiet and even appearance has been realized."

On holiday in your own office

The bright white ceiling panels supply extra distribution of natural light and thus contribute to a fresh look. This is further enhanced by large holiday photos and objects, such as a caravan, camper and wooden boats. "The client wanted to create a young working environment with a modern look and a real holiday feeling. That certainly worked."
